We were asked by Sight Ltd (an opticians in County Durham) to create a window display and direct mail.
Using market research along with consultation with Sight, we produced a targeted poster and direct mail campaign. Our target market fell into three broad categories, the youth market, the middle-aged market and the mature market. Click on the links below to see how we targeted them. The day after one of our posters was put on display, a new customer came into the shop, commented on the eye catching poster (which made him enter the store), and spent £160 on some new frames.
